That said, if you haven't used InDesign, but find yourself in a stituation where you can't avoid it, I'd keep a copy of Real World on the shelf, but also look for a book that breaks down the infinite possibilities into individual tasks, like Book Design Made Simple. And since InDesign really is for pros, I assume the reviews here are from people who already know their stuff pretty well.
